Starring the amazing Kilian Martin and filmed/directed by Brett Novak, A Skate Escalation is a short skate film created with visual effects to slow down time. I dont need to explain how fucking amazing this shit is or how easy Kilian makes this shit look. This is art in motion ladeez and gentlehams. I'm totally loving the digital illustrations of Brisbane based artist Lauren Carney. Lauren sent in some of her work the other day and i can't stop looking at them coz they are just too damn cute. With a clear love of all things hand made, craft and vitage things Lauren's images capture a beautiful sense of nostalgia, love and an appreciation of everyday life from buck teeth to having to wear braces. MONDAY 20 SEPTEMBER 2010 // MUSIC EDITION SNEAK PEEK

It's getting closer ladies and gentlehams. The music edition is just over a week away from launch and as a sneak peek i just got some photos from the printers showing pages and pages of piled up and printed goodness along with a look at the new packaging art. They're being assembled as i type and due to arrive in Melbourne this friday. To say i can't wait wood be the biggest understatement of the century!
